The Russian army must become bigger and include no fewer than 1,5 million soldiers. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev in an interview with the main Russian media.

“Our army needs to get bigger. Its parameters have been announced: no less than 1,5 million people,” Medvedev said.
