There have been 28 confirmed victims so far from the Ukrainian bombing of a bakery in Lysychansk, in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR). This was reported by the Russian Emergencies Ministry according to what was reported by the Moscow agency "Tass". Among the victims there is also a child, again according to ministry data. Another 10 people were pulled alive from the rubble, the note concludes.
Yesterday the Russian governor of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Leonid Pasechnik, wrote on Telegram that Ukrainian forces had bombed a bakery and that dozens of people could have been found under the rubble.
