This was stated by the head of the presidential cabinet Andriy Yermak, as reported by the website of the Ukrainian presidency. “This return to elements of peace is possible because Ukraine has become stronger,” Yermak said, speaking to diplomats gathered at Kiev-Boryspil airport. “We are now able to guarantee the safety of the site. Thank you to our defense forces and our friends, your countries,” he said.
