Algerian energy company Sonatrach's exports reached about $60 billion in 2022, a company note on last year's balance sheet said, according to which the company's investments amounted to about $5,5 billion in 2022. , while initial production reached 189,6 million tons of oil equivalent. As regards the total number of workers in Sonatrach, in the last year these amounted to 55.361 on permanent contracts. Sonatrach has also strengthened its position in the international oil and gas market, thanks to 15 discoveries recorded during 2022, including three in partnership with other companies.
